Return Policy If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, a complaint needs to be logged within 48 hours after delivery, by calling (800)410-9629. We will then replace the item and tell you how to handle the damaged merchandise. Product returns for exchange or refund is limited to 60 days from the date of purchase. Call our customer service representatives at (800)410-9629 to obtain a Return Authorization Number and additional return instructions. We recommend insuring your return or using a service that will provide a tracking number for the return. We can not accept responsibility for lost or uninsured packages. Shipping costs, packaging or insurance charges are not refundable. All returns must include the RA number and a copy of the packing slip.
